Streaking and Farting
Nothing is more effective at eliciting a reaction than streaking and farting in front of a local television news reporter. And by reaction I mean a very awkward "Oh my goodness."
The reporter is shocked but she really shouldn't be. After all, she's on the campus of Western Washington University. I don't know anything about that school, but given it's location - I'm guessing there's not a lot to do besides streaking and farting.

Hey man, nothing's wrong with Washington... though UW is a better choice. I can't vouch for those freaks in Bellingham.
Looks like she was more stunned than the students who saw the federal complaint.
Perhaps slightly biased as I actually went to WWU for 4 years (and graduated in '03), but it's a lovely town with tons to do and an active nightlife, lots of music and shopping. Not to mention the scenery is gorgeous year-round. Can't say the same for, say, *any* university in the midwest...
